Please help!!!!
Having a BlackBerry Q10 fully blank
No IMEI, ESN, PIN
I had flashed autoloder 10.2.1
After flashing it has an error came, red light blinking 10111111, so many times flashed another autoloders but nothing changes on it
Q10 wants turn-on but which error courses it I don't know
If any buddy having solution please co-oprate with me

Almost no way for this situation,
Try with another autoloder,

need to load empty files then correct signature after is possible to become normal..............but this method no free or public

I have the same problem, I have blackberry Q10 with red light flashing and do not load any OS using the auto-loader. I tried many auto loader but after writing my mobile displays blackberry 10 for 1-2 seconds and disappears and nothing works after that. I installed Chimera tool with three days trial. it detects my phone, displays phone info, using change software click its flashes 100% but later still same thing. the phone won't work simply.

I tried Nuke Phone but at 6% it disconnects from my computer and then I have to wait for another 3 hours to redo the process. I almost tried everything but do not know if there is any solution to restore my blackberry

any help will be greatly appreciated. tell me if I am doing something wrong...!!
