I would LOVE to be proven wrong on this, but there is not going to exist an OS version 5 that will run on a pre-production Bold 9000. That would be a special build of the OS that RIM company policy probably prohibits creating. In order to create such an OS, you would probably need to find someone who is employed at RIM and not just anyone, but someone who has authority to create OS builds. If it would be possible for such an employee to create the OS build for you, there is probably a tracking system that records who creates what and when so probably this employee would lose their job because of helping you. I'd say the chances of finding someone to create an OS version 5 for a preproduction Bold 9000 are just slightly better than the likelihood of creating the OS by using a 486 computer which generates random sequences of bytes and dumps them to a file and calls it your OS.

You may say that you wish a solution to your problem urgently, yet you seem very slow to respond to PMs or emails. I'm not going to hold my breath for your response, but I'll be happy to help when you get around to it.

This OS is extremely buggy, i do not recommend it, nor any other upcoming alpha leaks.
