this worked till OS6 , BB 9900 runs on OS 7 sometimes it gives error even if you follow all instructions .
What is the actual problem with your phone ?

mobile ok working 100% butt i need to do new software i change file every think butt same problem this problem coming sum time in 9700 , 9780 , and others model butt i don't know how to solve this plz help me sum one THANKS to ALL

mate's just update you desktop manager and re-install the OS, plus dont forget to remove vendor...
