Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) from Official Microsoft Download Center

use very easy ,
1 , you must have rapido , lcdreset , nal loader
2 , you must rename , see text include , and take in folder data for rapido.
3 , take rapido manager in desktop
4 , mow you can use rapido, lcdreset , nal more easy
