Easiest way for you is to buy a code from a reputable place that has good feedback from customers. Have any of your friends had phones unlocked by anywhere? If yes, ask them where, should only cost you about Ģ10 or so. Be careful about places on the likes of ebay selling them cheap, as a lot of the time they don't work, and everytime you enter a wrong code you run the risk of wasting your MEP code entry tries, you only get 10, and when they go, your phone will be forever locked to the original carrier. Some places can still unlock after this, but its quite expensive. gpz900ra7. |

You may have to get onto your carrier, and ask them for some advice on this, as it will be hard locked to them now, and definitely think about getting something back off the person who done the codes for you, because clearly they sent you the wrong numbers. I have to ask though, are you sure that you entered the codes properly, because you need to be sure on this, in case you need to back up any claims for a refund for the codes that were supplied. You should only have to enter one code, because of the way the codes are calculated. The way they are calculated is by using the IMEI number, and the MEP code, then they are both sent to an online server, and then they are used todether to generate the MEP2 code, or the unlock code as its known, so if they sent you more than one, they don't seem to know what they're doing to be honest. Like I said, there are places that are able to unlock when the 10 tries have been used up, but they are not cheap, Not the best of replies I'm sure, but you needed to hear it. gpz900ra7. |
