Wipe device and connect again.

Password and IT Policy's cause's the problem you facing.

Look if you got any IT policy's running on ur handheld.

If Yes, Use Java Loader to Factory Reset ur Handheld do not use wipe command in Java loader.

You Should be able to read MEP nw!!!

yes do the remove it policy... i encountered this problem.. i just remove the password and instant i got my mep.,.

Just wipe ur device using BBSAK then IT Policy will be removed.
