My blackberry 9000 can surf, but not receive calls or SMS

Hi guys, my device is livered, but can not remember if you just enter the MEP2 and forguet Mep4, the thing is I can only receive emails from BES and navigating with the bb browser, do not understand why I can not make calls or send or perform them nor receive text messages from my operator.
Bring the device to my phone provider, with the chip and everything is fine according to them, and wipe 2 times the computer with the software company I gave my cell phone and nothing, I appreciate any help on this issue, I hope have a happy holiday , my greetings. Max.

just remove the IT policy and firewall from the device and it will solve the problem... use the JL Commander or BBSAK in performing this...

I did what you said, lower the OS in its final version and re-install everything again, and I'm still doing the same, this is the third time I do that, I had not done with the software you suggested, but the result was the same, where I have to disable the firewal? Thank you.

One more thing, the first mail received by my team is my previous provvedor, now I have Movistar Argentina and welcome email is Personal ... there is something wrong ...
