Need Help About BalckBerry 9790 Model RED71UW - GSM-Forum

Hi to all Experts i have a BlackBerry 9790 Model RED71UW with "User Code" problem and i want to finish its User Code.
Will any one please help me how can i finish its user code?
Will it be necessary a Flashing Device or Hard Rest or any other way to get rid off from its User Code?

just type wrong code ten times it will reset to its factory settings when it says blackberry enter it ...........
