check the stickys, dont be lazy man you can follow the guide there with step 2 step instructions and if the links to the MML program arent working then google is your man.

i have BB8320,it shows "initialisation failed"displays intead of Insert sim card without sim and with sim?does any body have soln for it?

Is ur simcard sited correctly ?
Try with other simcard will work.
