u can also use this methd

make a Text File and Type This

Ex-Blackberry.text

%SYSTEMDRIVE%
cd \
cd %CommonProgramFiles%
cd "Research in Motion"
cd apploader
del vendor.xml
loader.exe/resettofactory
delvendor.xml

And Save It to .bat file

ex-Blackberry.bat

Now Run Blackberry.bat

thats it

Ok just keep out the sd card and remove all aplications that you down load, restart your bb whitout battery an thats it no need make any more no hard reset no no n

I think you are also suffering from same trouble that I was suffered. But don't worry. I have find solution for it. Just visit at AppError523.com They have good information about this Error and first foremost solution for this Apperror523.
