no browser icon on bb 9780 - GSM-Forum

hi all
anyone got the same problem as me?
i got a 9780, there is no browser icon.
EDGE is ok but cannot browse , no browser and i tried wiping and restoring
same problem
anyone got a solution?

remove IT policy mate, probably disabled by IT policy

Need BIS service and service books from the carrier.
