good afternoon,I would like to try this method on my bb9860 it loads 3\4 of the bar and then gives me the white screen and it would not reconnect to JVM in any of the Dm DS or apploader so i cant reload my OS or update.......my problem with trying this step is that I cant find my nal loader which is step 2 and 3,I dont fully understand it.

Hi all

My BB 9860 is giving the same problems some what and I've tried several methods to see if I can revive it including the ones in this forum... I want to say thanks some what for the help i gained from here, but everytime i try to load any OS i'm back at square one with the phone only booting to about 80% or so.
I'm somewhat a newbie to this thing and one thing i don't understand is where to find the os_Installer... i don't want to be a nuisance seeing that these post are almost a year old but can some one help me

cannot find " nal loader" and " full os loader" for blackberry 9810...and the link that was post here is not any good.

Pls my blackberry just turn white after I upload using application loader but later it turn white with no error msg nd I tried flashing it again but when it got to jvm it stop nd said I should re try it again what can I do pls help

Even though this might have been a slightly vague, and difficult Tutorial to follow... I still have to show my appreciation.

Using the steps may not work right through the entire process.
(Some links or programs may be outdated)

It took me around 12 HOURS of continuous searching, experimenting and failure to get my Bold 9930 To become functional once again.

I tried almost EVERYTHING stated here, and everywhere else on the net. Turns out That NOTHING WORKED.

But.. I eventually came up with my OWN steps in Fixing the Blackberry permanently.
