Member: 222373 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 9 | just charge it for more than 2hr even if playbook does not power on and then do hard reset and (hold Vol+ & Vol- & Power On button at the same time for few seconds) then update via blackberry desktop software ------------------------------------------------------ but for the 1st problem (PLAYBOOK does not show menu) you have to just wipe playbook from settings thats it. but you were missguided by others. i use playbook so i know that .
