Member: 1360950 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 78 | - Uninstall 9520 device software and Desktop Manager. - Delete Research in motion folder from "C:\Program Files\Common Files" and "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data". - Reinstall Desktop Manager and 9520 device software. - Delete vendor.xml from "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader" - RUN Loader.exe from "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader" Summary: Issue will be solved by deleting "Research in motion" folder. |
