Question Please, How to detect BlackBerry Types ?

phone condition before i update is error 523, try to reload can't detect based OS. wiping and eror 507. try to reload with other software it's say :
Load Flash Image Failed (rim0x0D001404.sfi)!
This OS does not match this device!

i see on label BlackBerry 9520 but cant detect all installed firmware (based 9520)

now the condition is red blinking // 11 (desimal = 3) There is no OS installed, reload OS with MFI.

This is 9520 or other type? reloading using rapido, it closed for seconds.

here information that i can give to you

- Uninstall 9520 device software and Desktop Manager.
- Delete Research in motion folder from "C:\Program Files\Common Files" and "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data".
- Reinstall Desktop Manager and 9520 device software.
- Delete vendor.xml from "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader"
- RUN Loader.exe from "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader"

Summary: Issue will be solved by deleting "Research in motion" folder.
