pls help?????

i have blackberry 9500 and i have this problem, i cant power on my phone, when i put on usb my pc found phone and his serial, and on phone screen icon charging (battery with thunder). when i try to update os, it start and when come to initialising phone, they say reconecting to jvm, and cant complite update. before this i have problem with battery with red cross and i try anything but still, on the end i open phone find little battery with voltage 1,5 i thing, and i conect his + and - on pcb. and now i have this problem. pls help me. i solve this problem one week and i realy dont know what to do.

Well Sir. it is not easy to understand you but the only thing i can say is: after the DM recognize the phone showing the pin # and when the thunder is on the battery take it off and wait until the red light turn on then install the battery again.You can do it also when the phone is reconnecting to jvm.

You can take off the battery in the process without problems, but be carefull because the phone have to be connected to your PC allways I mean, never disconnect it from your PC in the loading process.

Sometimes it was working for me ...good luck !!!.

P.S About the intern battery sorry but if i could understand and you could do some kind of shortcut or you connected it to ground (-) and discharged it what happened to you now should be a hardware issue.

i discharge intern battery but nothing happend. i think that it is hardware issus, i must to rehot some ic.

Well if the intern bat is discharged i think that the phone still power up. Try reheating the ic and let us know. Good Luck !!
