RadioLabTool error: Cannot reconnect to radio - GSM-Forum

Hi guys,
I'm sorry to open this 3d but i searched a lot on the previous topic, the answer i got didnt help me.

The scenario: I'm in the situation that my provider (Digicel) dont gives to my phone the service books and the internet connection, and refuse the activate the bb plan with the usual sms (telling weird msg back). I went to the customer care twice, they told they need my phone for few days to do something (dont know what). I tried with another sim, same telephone company, with the same error.

So I thought that i can change my IMEI/PIN and acting like i have a new phone. I basically want to avoid the customer care cause it takes days (i had bad experience in the past, like 2 weeks without phone not more then 1 month ago).

Here the problem: i cannot cannot with RadioLabTool to my phone, cause when i try it i got the error "Radio Error: Timeout. Cannot reconnect to radio. The Decive may be password enabled, please ensure that password protection is disabled before connecti..."

The bb is a Bold 9000 with OS5 (9000M_PBr5.0.0_rel1137_PL5.2.0.64_A5.0.0.681_Digi cel_Group.exe), right now wiped. I have MML 1.8, RadioLabTool v1.9.1.2, i had Desktop Manager 5 but i just downgraded to 4.7 getting the same error.

Any ideas?

Easy. You have to apply new loader and its done

Having same problem with my 9300. cant find the loader for it, anyone able to put a link on here for me, please ?
