please blackberry forum i need help i have z10 stl100-1 with blackberry id when i install this Autoload-STL100-1-DevAlphaB-10.3.1.997 to bypass the id it cant boot again its only red light blink but it doesnt boot so i reflash it with the os now it boot but still with the id. please help me out what can i do to successfully bypass this blackberry id

Download and install BB desktop. make sure all BB drivers are installed. If successfully connected your phone will be detected in the BB desktop software. Now click restore to start restoring your BB to its previous OS. Mine worked. Try it.

Are you sure you downloaded the right autoloader for your device? Anyway, since you are using an STL100-1, download this one (OS 10.3.2.2876) and install:
