hi, is it okay if i write whole nv instead of RF part only ?
I think i have messed up my 9860 NV and the phone restart often.

Using dfs "4.0.0.3" select proper Com port and import nvf file from pc then write RF data only

using this vnf file uploaded, 3G will come BACK 100%
