USE THIS NV_TOOL

first plug your good device check highest blackberry com port at computer device manager click connect, after conected click read wait until finished then write that file to your error device

You need to unlock the phone maybe it was network locked or check to see if the imei has not corrupted during tge flashing proccess...if failed maybe check its hardware prob

Hi all, i need support for my blackberry bold 9900, it has a unique problem, it works perfectly fine until it is in offline mode but as soon as i turn off the offline mode it starts restarting. please help as i have tried reloading the software but got no success.

i think your device is rim prototype, if your mentioned before, only dongle can solve your problem, just click rebuild qcfs, but since your write file from another device, iam not sure anymore
