Correction:

I was able to restore Mobile Network by flashing IMEI.

However now there is reception/lost signal/dropped call issues.

Also, the red light IS blinking very "dimly/lightly" on every outgoing call, until the call gets connected.

Most calls are dropped, disconnected or rejected with fluctuating, weak signal bars.

Could anyone help resolve this problem? I may attempt to flash stock firmware in the hopes of resolving this issue. What makes things difficult is not knowing exactly how to restore a blackberry device back to a functional and working order. The few tools available seem very limited in terms of trouble shooting capability, if something was to go wrong.

Can anybody help with PIN changes on a 9900?

Is there a loader that would help complete this?

Do you know where I could download No RTAS Radio Lab Tool?

I tried this type of version and the program isn't allowing me to connect my device. A message comes up saying either "failed RTAS auth" or "PIN detected, please enter password"

I can't connect my phone because RLT isn't recognizing it, this happens even when the phone is in FOS mode.

How do I disable the RTAS or get the radio lab tool to link to my device?
