Angry ressurecting 9900 red light... I think Im giving up :(

Tried CFP 3.9.0.190,
-nuked

-cfp190 -u erase 0x00000181-0x000004AF
cfp190 -u erase 0x000004B0-0x000005B4
cfp190 -u erase 0x000005B5-0x0000200F
(because I tried to erase another memory range and CFP told the only range allowed is
--> Allowed Secure Range: 0x00000181-0x000004AF or 0x000005B5-0x0000200F or 0x000004B0-0x000005B4,
so I clean everything allowed)

-cfp190 -fs load 9900_ramimage.bin
(at this point phone screen turns white and it says "Device in RAM-IMAGE mode")

-loading MFI-40572-025.exe (it was created using autoload 3.9.0.216, usage of older version would report phone is not supported on loading MFI***.exe file)

-cfp190 -u load SFI-40740-033

-cfp190 -u load APP-43671-007

As the result - without battery phone shows "crossed battery" symbol and if battery inserted it loads until the moment screen turns on and the hours glass is shown and with couple of seconds it restarts.

Please advice, I feel like all of those actions don't affect the memory sector which contains flaw and need to be rewritten.
I also have this command and file -cfp190 -u write 0x000004F5 nv9900.bin but I have no idea when and how to write it.

thank you for reply, yes I got a feeling all those procedures are wasting the time. I would gladly try NEMESIS but I don't know where to get it, and especially how to properly load it.
Would appreciate any help.
