HOW TO SOLVE

Just type any no for 5 time and ur phone will ask u and type blackberry and try another 5 time and type blackberry again and ur password is wiped bro......thanks...

same problem i have...i already wipe out pasword but still activated and can't disaeble password in phone meni

please anybody help to solve this

type 10 times wrong password and phone will be erased to factory settings
