someproblem in 8100 pearl - GSM-Forum

dear supporter yesterday i unlocked 8100 pearl and after that when i put sim card, it was not showing contact nos which was already in SIM CARD. No 2 WRITE MASSEGE option was not showing.Can anybody guide me what could be reason and how to recover these twomain problem ? As i would like to state that i done BLACK BERRY UNLOCK first time not before that by using MFT LOADER and APP LOADER which given in this forum. Waiting for reply.
