Use BlackBerry Desktop Manager to restore ur phone with 8310 firmware.
After you restore it, it will be working but still locked.

Simply try again with mfi loader, and if it fails, restore the phone again using BB desktop manager.

In MML, there is a configuration file you should replace, check it out before using MFI again.

reboot your pc

open mml

connect your bb, just leave it there,
sooner or later it will be detected, pin will be 00000000... just let mml finish the job

just keep trying... connect/disconnect ..remove battery ... just be patient, it will connect

thats just what really happens when mistakenly remove a bb when mml fails or while mml is still in process...

either bb will be not detected, w/c is your case but still fixable.... or worst, bb will "usb not recognized" when connected to pc.
