storm2 -major problems touchscreen

i am having each day very big difficulties in using my device 9520- storm2
Just have it for 2 weeks and each day the touchscren is blocking. I have to release
the battery very often ,very bad functioning. Once or twice a day having this problem ......
Also ,very often when I choose something from menu the dice is getting me out ...
again the battery must be released and restart phone. Several times I couldn' t even answer
calls because touscreen didn't work..... making fool of myself in front of my business partners

I do not know if this is mechanical problem with this type of touchscreen or is it the software.

Anyway , it 's not working at all.
Does anybody have an answer? or should I better change my phone?

first of all try to wipe your device and update it to the latest version. if did not work then it could be screen problem.

touch is not working properly sometimes is blocked sometimes it click's when i touch it (not press it) i did do a wipe and reinstal os but does the same what to do? help please
