Hi!
If your phone is running with OS 10.3.2, You should try this:
Step1: Download rom autoload for Z10 stl100-1 (sory, I tried but I can't post link )
1, Dev Rom 10.3.1.634
2, Offical Rom 10.3.2.2789
Step 2:
a, Run autoload Dev Rom for your phone, setup with a another your BBID. And check BB Protect enabled( just be careful but this very helpful!)
b, Run official rom 10.3.2. Maybe you have to wait a minute for skip BBID. That's it!

Attention!
1, Back up your contacts, media files etc...If you need.
2, If your phone can't skip BBID in Step 2,b. You need try again. At Step 2,a and check update OTA via wifi or BBlink.

Your phone is Leap so you can't use that way.

You try download and run step by step
1, autoload 10.3.2.2204
2, Dev 10.3.1.997. and setup with a another your BBID. And check BB Protect enabled( just be careful but this very helpful!)

4, autoload 10.3.2.2786
