strange erro in Blackberry 9700 - GSM-Forum

i have one blackberry 9700 bold.... it does not has any webbrowser configration... even i update phone to os 6.... still gives same error
when i try to open web browser it says...
your device does not curently have any browser configration service book entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the browser on you device

can anyone please tell me what is the problem....
i did call the srvice provider .... and they said they dont have any idea about this problem

The phone is refurbished blackberry, thats why is not accepting service after flash and its original phone it will work.

i did flash it manytimes but no luck... i tried it on OS5 then i update it on OS 6.... still same

Actually u dont have Blackberry Services.

Did you re-send service books from within advanced options

my blackberry services are active. even if blackberry services r not active atleast when i click on browser it should open the browser, it doesnt even open browser as i click on browser it gives this error

call your service provider they will have to reset your account inorder for it to work

Options/Advance/Host Routing Table. Menu and Register,
instantly u getting message in ur inbox ?
if "No" then we are sure u have to debrand this phone.
