Strange Problem about 8700g

Hello to all@

ı have a bb 8700g in my hand it was locked by only one network ı get unlock codes useing mxkey and enter to phone then phone becomes unlocked.everything was normally to here after unlocked ı but my simcard network coverage full and operator name ok but cant make any call and also cant recive any call.

I try with diffrent operator simcard all same reason.I flashed the phone already with lastest os and read the f.a.q ın bb section and try to make It Policy remove (but ıam not sure about it policy -dont know how to check is it done)but all same reason plz ı need urgent help...

Wipe ur device using BBSAK.

to remove policy
connect bb and open cmd
in cmd open apploader folder and type apploader.exe resettofactory

ur device will be wiped and it policy removed
now flash ur devise,and see

if the problem still exists then
in MFI do a full erase and with device nuke
connect to radiolab tool and change imei and pin of ur device

for imei and pin numbers, pm me

To remove It_Policy u have to success at wipe.

first connect bb and open command promt on ur sysytem and goto apploader folder

in cmd type LOADER.exe /resettofactory

ur device will be wiped and it policy removed


open MFI without connecting ur device and tick the full erase and autostart


now connect bb and wait for pass

connect to radiolab tool and change imei and pin

ur bb now in cal mode, start up radio lab tool and press the connect button ( its the top left computer icon button ).
choose id
. fill in the IMEI field and BBPIN field , than push the write button.
the log screen will show message that the PIN and IMEI have been writen.
start desktop manager and choose application loader.
start the application update
just follow the instruction to update your bb.
after it finished the process, your bb will automatically restarting and reloading , turn on the radio .... and cross your finger.

Hope it helps you ... , but it needs PIN and IMEI,
