Torch 9800 Firmware

Any link to download the firmware for the BB Torch.
I tried at&t but it says not supported for download in my country.

Why reload the software, you cant rebrand that phone yet either..

Downloads of this software are not yet available in your country due to regulatory reasons. Please check back for future availability.

Always getting this message. even if i'm downloading 9700, 9500, 9000...... or any other software.
