Trackpad not working after inserting simcard

Hello,

I opened my bold 9700 to replace the old Trackpad with a new one. Because the old one would sometimes work and sometimes not. So I replaced it. But after this, the Trackpad only works if the simcard is not inserted. If I start my bb up without sim and the Trackpad works, but if I insert the simcard, it doesn't work. Can anyone help me with this??

if this ic problem....

with or without simcard will same not fungtion.... so do not try this solution first......

my clue is... try to check vsim line first... maybe its short.....

and make sure all trackball line not short.....

I opened the bb. But do you have a tutorial to take off the metal cover of the ic? And how to put it back. And once opened, what must i do with the ic? Could you give me the precise instructions please??
