hi, i have problem in loading the os in 9780.i treid different firmwares, but always get the same error.pls suggest me the right firmware to flash.

Module incompatible. [J:0x00000011]

The update file "net_rim_crypto.cod" for application "BlackBerry Crypto Library" is not compatible with the version of the application that is installed on your device. Delete the application from your device, and then re-install the application. Warning: If you delete an application from your device, you also delete any device data that is associated with the application.

set showing error 507 . i used different firmwares, but no success at all.

I also experienced the same situation with 9700 after i had upgrade to latest BB desktop software. I had the same error in desktop manager and apploader i tried to load to different OS but with the same error, here's what i do to recover.

1. Wipe the phone via BBSAK
2. load NAL OS
3. Load OS via Desktop Manager (same error again but phone start properly and usable now.. I don't know how it happened but what the heck phone is ok now..)
