Hi everyone
I was trying to upgrade my bb 9500 vodafone to 5.0 at waiting for device initialization it show reconnecting to JVM then it came up with this error message "unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage operation". Then I also try to downgrade {i.e reinstalling the original OS 4.7} yet the same report. In fact, it doesn't come up again, it only blinks red light with blank screen. pls somebody help me I need solution. Thanks in advance.

apply heat to the pbc and after try to update with the latest destop manager

use direct usb not hub your problum will be solved.
