Unable to send ussd codes with verizon 9650 - GSM-Forum

i cant check my credit or airtime with my network keys like x556#,instead it is dialling.the phone came with verizon network.any solution

Press Send key, the press MENU select options, then smart dialing. Set country code unknown.
