Unlock BlackBerry Bold - GSM-Forum

Hi,
Trying to unlock it with this guide:

But get stuck with MML.

Just shows this screen:

Why is this happening? The phone is connected (as said in BB DM)

do you have 5.0 software installed in your comp? if so downgrade to 4.6 and then it will work

try to untick Auto Start.

MML only unlock BB 7xxx + 81xx , can't unlock bold + 82xx
