Unlocked but not unlocked - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone,

I have recently tried to unlock a friend's Z10 using Blackberry Codes Calculator by y3kt v1.6.

Generated the NCK code, entered it into the phone and it said " entered successfully network subset unlocked and provider unlocked"

However, when another provider SIM was put into the phone it said it was still locked to original network provider.

The Z10 is on EE.

IMEI: 354897055639356

As I couldn't find the MEP for EE specifically I generated the codes based on Orange UK and T-Mobile UK's MEPs because they are both EE now.

MEP2(NCK): 1751954422326735
MEP3: 3471360808870466
MEP4: 3243305703025090
MEP5: 1655464211164473

T-Mobile Codes:
MEP1: 45354421
MEP2(NCK): 54888323

MEP4: 13992860
MEP5: 74108129

I got my friend to enter the NCK generated by the T-Mobile MEP too, and after she did she got this message "can unlock it with network code provided by the seller"

Is it likely that one of the other MEPs need entering?

Just to clarify, only the two NCKs generated have been entered so far and the phone has not rejected any of the codes. It merely says unlocked but when putting a different provider SIM in it says locked

The phone is reporting

network lock = says you can unlock with code provided by original seller

network subset and service provider both unlocked

Hello

Z10 have New MEP ,so possible unlock only with operator codes or Z10 Worldwide Codes
,
Many offering these services in main sale ,
