Sir RAMJAN and all othe m8s

I have a BB 8100

[BLOCK WRITE3][reset] shows in display when powering on

when im upadating it shows
"Unspecified error encountered [J:0x00000005]"

whats the problem is it hardware or software?
anyone face the same situation
pls help me

Its communication problem. u can try to change USB & USB port (dont use usb hub) .

I am thinking its Driver problem

brother i faced this same problem few months befor
u must use full charge battery and must use low length usb cable

i faced the same problem
after charging and replacing the usb with a good one, problem solved
i think this might help any one that has this kind of problem
