always disconect internet for using MFI.

I am using the MFI 3.9.0.49 that come with harald unlocker. Is that the latest? I off my internet connect but it still display the same error

Anyone can help me in it?

Copy and Paste the files located inside HHFiles Folder in the archive "BLACKBERRY_UNLOCKER_HARI.rar".
