vODAFONE [uk] Mobile Updated And Unlocked Issues - GSM-Forum

Mates ,
Client Gave Vodafone UK 7230 BB .I USed JIC Unlock Clip To Unlock This Phone ,As The OS Was Ver 3.X i Undated To 4.X .I Am Quiet sure The OS Was FRom Same Provider .After Update i Used JIC Clip To Get Unlock Code And Then Unlocked This Phone .The Issue Now is

1 :After Installing Sim I Cannot Get The Network ,It Fails ,The Phone is 100% Locked .

Kindly Suggest wher And What Wrong I did And How To Rectify The Same .

Please Edit My First Post I Meant it Was 100% Unlocked Not Locked .So After unlocking i am not able to get network .I do have other queries for other model BB but i will stick to one Query At a Time To Be specific .How Can i Get the Phone Network ? .I Am Using Airtel India Sim

Hi ,
Tried To Update The OS ,again No Network ,There is No issue With The Hardware i am 1005 Sure ,This Happened When i Updated The Software ,Last Time i Did Not Delete The Vendors.xml File this Time i Selected Airtel OS And Deleted That File .I think i Should Not Have Backed The Data of The Phone Before the Update And Restore is After Update ,Might Be Thats The Issue .Help .

I Think There Is No Perfect Information about this problem , you can Try with RadioLabTool soft
by under this Instructions -

) 1st your blackberry should be live on cal mode , you can get cal mode by using mfi multiloder (I mean when mfi multiloder come with pass massage) , here is Instructions to get cal mode with mfi multiloder

) Open RadioLabTool , here download link

) press connecting to device on usb

) click Ramp Factor table in Nv items tab

) click >Read Band after >set Default

then check if your blackberry get network or not
