please help, I have z10 keep restarting on blackberry logo, I have flashed with auto loader and blackberry link but all failed, I all so wiped with cfp but still same

solution needed urgently .....

you have to try also with different firmware
check also with another battery

maybe will not work but try this step.

close blackberry link and dissconnect all bb devices

IMPORTANT USE onlt internet explorer and open this link click on check updates a pop up menu will be shown connec cable and phone choose device click next and flash it..
