It has been suggested that a new algorithm is required for calculating codes for BB10 devices such as the Z10, however I think this is unlikely. It seems to me that there is a new batch of MEP's and, once the new MEP's have been discovered, problem solved

Some have said they use a different method now, unrelated to PRD or MEP. Is this true? How can PRD / MEP be read from these devices? I have access to tons of them (including some pre-release if that's helpful) and want to be able to figure out a working solution for any device.
