Z30 & Z10 After update by autoloader no ringtone - GSM-Forum

hello i have update Z30 and Z10(STL100-3) to 10.2.1. now only few applications but the worse thing is that when make call,phone don't ring but play music is ok. even choose a ringtone, it sing but when call no sound. what is the solution? it is not possible to flash those phone on blackberry link or other than autoloader?

Try with this:
FULL OS AUTOLOADERS
Z10 STL100-2/3/4 10.2.1055 + Radio

Z30 STA OS+RADIO

ok i'm going to download and try downgrade from 10.2.1.1927 to 10.2.1055 + Radio

after download Z10 STL100-2/3/4 10.2.1055 + Radio i can't extract the fileit said corrupted or i download all the 904Mo!

use only bb link for update you z10 q10 cose many problem face in auto loader os

no gallery no sound no file mange mant time camera not working

so alwasy use bb link for update your os its better then other
