i also face this problem in lenovo note k3
after flash imei invalid

and try everything but not sucess

Where is log and screen shot of flashing with volcano?

Did u tried anything and got failed?

phone not flash with volcano

flash with sptool

after that got invalid imei

phone does not connect as cdc so method 1 fail

i root phone and repair with 3

volcano says repair ok but still invalid
