pak chang is too bad , plz arrang the other way to chang pak when server down. because it disturb our work. in previous month 3 times fg server has problum we cant chang pak and we loss our customer plz arrang the satisfactory solution for pak chang

Well in the last three months there was only one big problem and was in March. And, as always, provide me alternative method and we will follow for sure.
