sir can i ask a question everytime i flash my sony mp4 mp5 non slide the whole program is there but my problem is it is lock no key button is functioning what should i do? is there any program to remap key buttons in mp4 mp5?

Can anyone help me with this? The device is stuck at boot loader image with a picture of 3 hands forming a globe. Is there a possible firmware for this model?
