In this tutorial, I explain it thus:

STEP 1:
Downgrade 6.31/6.35 -> 6.20.

To begin, you should know that the downgrade of a console is risky. The brig is possible. Home-PSP can not be held responsible if you brick your console.



Materials Needed:
- A PSP (any model) 6.31/6.35 official.

- The downgrade of the version that corresponds to your console.
As Dave is a great developer, and he does not like too widens the head .
It to release two versions of its downgrade:

Installing the downgrade:

- Open with winrar (recommended).

- Unzip the folder / PSP to the root of the MS.



Instruction Manual downgrade:

- Start from 6.35Downgrader tab games / memory stick.

- A warning menu will appear if you are aware of the risks press to launch the Update 6.20.

- Once the update is complete, restart your PSP.

In my tests, my PSP 6.35 to 2000v2 undergoes minor bug with the first starting in 6.20.
But it's partly my fault ....
She blocked a few seconds "USB Connection". (I left the USB cable that I then unplugged)
And the message "Connect this system to a PC or a PS3 using a USB cable" then appeared intermittently for about ten seconds.

STEP 2:
Installing 6.20TN-C.

Firstly, what's that 6.20TN-C??
This is a HEN (Homebrew Enabler), programmed by Total_Noob, which allows activation after the launch of unsigned code.
In other words, once the Hen asset, the joys of homebrew, emulators, plugins and other underground wonders.

You can turn on ALL the consoles out of the market to date (1000, 2000, 3000 and GB).



Materials Needed:

- A PSP official firmware 6.20.

- The installer of 6.20TN-C. DOWNLOAD



Installing 6.20TN-C:

- Download the installer from 6.20TN-C (link above).

- Open with winrar (recommended).

- Unzip the folder / PSP to the root of the MS.



Activating 6.20TN-C:

- Enable 6.20TN C-launching the application "TN Homebrew Enabler" from the Games tab / Memory Stick.

- After returning to the XMB, you're 6.20TN-C.

You can now enjoy (almost) all the joys of the underground.

STEP 3:
Identifying motherboard with 0.7 PSP ident.



Materials Needed:

- A PSP 6.20TN-C

- The PSP homebrew ident 0.7. DOWNLOAD



Software Installation PSP ident 0.7:

- Open with winrar (recommended).

- Unzip the folder / PSP to the root of the MS.



Launch of PSP software ident 0.7:

- Run the application from the Games tab / Memory Stick.

The software will give you information on:
- The model of your PSP (motherboard type).
- The model of your motherboard (motherboard model).
- If your console or can not make pandora battery (Bat.EEPROM access).
- If installing a CF is possible on the console (Possible CFW)

It will even take a screenshot of it all, and save it in ms0: / PSP / PHOTO / pspident_XXX.bmp
So you can watch it later at leisure .

Now you have to make your choice!

If you own a PSP 1000.
- You can install 5.00m33-6.
- You can install the 5.50GEN-D3.
- You can stay 6.20TN-C.

If you own a PSP 2000 with less than CM TA-088v3 (TA-088v2 and lower).
- You can install 5.00m33-6.
- You can install the 5.50GEN-D3.
- You can stay 6.20TN-C.

If you own a PSP 2000 with CM equal to or greater than TA-088v3.
- You can downgrade 5.03GEN-C.
- You can stay 6.20TN-C.

If you own a PSP 3000 with less than CM TA-093 (4g).
- You can downgrade 5.03GEN-C.
- You can stay 6.20TN-C.

If you own a PSP 3000, and that your CM is equal to or greater than TA-093 (4g).
- You must stay 6.20TN-C.

If you own a PSP Go
- You must stay 6.20TN-C.

So relax!
This is hardly a punishment.

You have objectively Hen's most successful to date.
It does not run 100% homebrew course!
But its compatibility is almost complete.
It also has a VSH menu (a first for a Hen) settings for consoles.
And allows the introduction of some plugins (which is also a first).

STEP 4:
Installing a CFW 5.00 or 5.50 since 6.20TN-C.

This step is for PSP Flashable:
- PSP 1000
- PSP 2000 (provided that the CM is equal to or less than TA-088v2)



Materials Needed:

- A PSP 6.20TN compatible 5.00m33-C-6 or 5.50GEN-D3 (see above).

- Software for flashing Recovery Flasher 1.65 (+ files matching your console):

# A version for PSP 1000 Flashable. DOWNLOAD

# A version for PSP 2000 Flashable. DOWNLOAD

note:
I allowed myself to include in the archives of the eboot firmwares 5.00, 5.50 and 6.20.
So that the archive is a little big .... sorry for that!
you can delete the eboot that do not interest you.
Eg:
If you want to install the 5.00m33 not need the files / 550.PBP and / 620.PBP
If you want to install the 5.50GEN-D3 not need the files / 500.PBP and / 6.20.PBP .... etc.

By cons, if instead you keep them all, you can switch between the 5.00m33-6, 5.50GEN-D3 and the official 6.20.



Installing Recovery Flasher 1.65:

- Download Recovery Flasher 1.65 (link above).

- Open with winrar (recommended).

- Unzip the entire contents of the archive to the root of the MS.



1 - Insta llation CF 5.00m33-6 from flash recovery 1.65:

The 5.00m33-6 is known to be the most stable CF.
CF is the last that was release by Team M33 (and his band DarkAlex ).
His main interest lies in the fact that it supports kernel 1.5 (only for PSP Fat and provided to install the kernel 1.5 for 5.00m33).
So, it can launch any old homebrew (those compiled in kernel 1.5).
Otherwise it has the same possibilities that the once-D3 5.50GEN Patch v4 Prometheus applied.

- Start Recovery Flasher 1.65 from the Games tab / MemoryStick.

- Go to line "I agree - never show this again!" and press .

- Ensure that the first line, there is written "Target FW: 5.00".
(If it is not the case, press until there is written in front of Target 5.00 FW).

- Go on the second line, "Install CFW (selected version of above)" and press .

- Go on the "reset (format) settings as well" and press .

- At the end of the operation, press X .


After a reboot doubtful (???!!!)
See no reboot.
And having to reconfigure the beast ....
You can breathe!
Your console is fine and well 5.00m33-6 .



2 - Installing the CF-D3 5.50GEN since recovery flasher 1.65:

5.50GEN-D3 is the latest versions of the CF team Gen.
Its advantage to him is that he supports the official firmware 5.50 and news updates.
Ie it recognizes and can open a file in a / files / directories and subdirectories music, photos and video.
(Unlike 5.00m33 it can not open a file).
Y'as nothing to say ..... To classify is better!
Otherwise it has the same possibilities as the 5.00m33-6 after the Prometheus Patch v4 applied.


- Start Recovery Flasher 1.65 from the Games tab / MemoryStick.

- Go to line "I agree - never show this again!" then press X .

- Ensure that the first line, there is written "Target FW: load from external FW packs.
(If it is not the case, press X until there is written load from external FW pack in front of Target FW).

- Go on the second line, "Install CFW (selected version of above)" and press X .

- Go to line "PSPX000_550-GEN-D3.rfp" and press X .

- Press X line reset (format) settings as well. "


Sweat and wait for the flash
Both support a dermiere x bouton .
Flipper still a bit during reboot / shutdown
To smile at last!

5.50GEN-D3 installed .




STEP 5:
Downgrade to 5.3 from the official 6.20TN-C:

This step is primarily intended for PSP owners 2000V3 3000.
Warning!
Some 3000 (TA-093 4g) can not return to 5.03.



Materials Needed:

- A PSP 6.20TN-C.

- New software Psar Dumper (6.35). DOWNLOAD

- The official firmware 5.00. DOWNLOAD

- The official firmware 5.03. DOWNLOAD



Preparation:

You'll need the file / version.txt found in the official firmware 5.00.
To do this, you will need to decrypt the firmware 5.00 using New Psar Dumper (the method is detailed in the news software).
Once finished decoding, the file / version.txt be located in this path:
ms0: / F0/vsh/etc/version.txt



Downgrade to 5.03:

- Copy the file / version.txt (firmware 5.00) in the / seplugins to the root of the MS (created if it does not exist).
- Return to the XMB and press select .
- Go to "Restart VSH" and press X .

Once done, your console 6.20TN-C is believed to 5.00 ......
So it's a cinch to make an official 3.5 SHIFT!
