this mp5 sony V-2805 unable to open video, pic and games. always no thumnail on pic and video hungs once you play.. once you turn it off all will be lost.

here is the board no:SK306B-080412
LCD NO.FPC28T50-A2
CAM NO.ST30

here is the pic:

please anybody have a back-up or have a firmware of this kindly share it to me....thanks!!!

action taken: format no luck, write with universal firmware no luck coz its lock and won't move.
