How do i remove the write protect on my psp memory stick? - GSM-Forum

i have a 2Gb memory stick with no lock-unlock switch. how do i take the write protection off? Because, it says write protected when I access the memory card via USB Mode but is Okay when I put it directly to my card reader.

I got a new 4GB Sony pro duo but still, i got the same result. It says it is write protected.
