a need to hard reset is my nintendo 3ds xl to rmove parental code

Maybe I can help. In order to remove the Parental Controls lock on Nintendo DS console we require the Inquiry Number.

Go to "System Settings"
Choose Parental Controls in the DS Menu.
Next we choose "I Forgot".
Then press "I Forgot" again
On the screen there should appear the Inquiry Number
Please reply with this (e.g. 14986428) and date which is displayed on ds (need to be correct date for to work - Sun 01 Mar, 2015)

System Settings -> Parental Controls -> Yes Change Parental Controls -> Pin I forgot -> security question I forgot -> Get the Inquiry Number and write it down
