Picture and video can't play(Invalid file format) - GSM-Forum

Hello...
i got a problem with my device..
the problem is some of .jpeg i can view, but more i can't view. When i try to open it, my device said it 'Invalid file format'.
There are same problem with video file.
I don't know how to do with my device. i already tried to convert that file to .flv, mpeg, mp4 and .3gp but when i open it show same problem 'Invalid file format'. Some file i can view but some file show that problem.
Should i flash it or format and re-install the firmware?
Hope someone here can give any solution or suggestion to solve my problem.
I'm very appreciate any comment. TQVM.

Chipset: ATJ2259C (ZC42 VBB C7A)
Firmware : P2_100423_int_us225a_...
Motherboard: ZX 8082D-TLSK-T-V291 (20110408)
Memory: Samsung 628 (K9GAG08UOE) SCBO
Other chip: EM639 165 TS-6G (EtronTech)

try to format your unit...

it is cause by program error... does your unit contents full..?

Everything is ok just only some picture and video file problem.
And one more, most of the game file i can't play, and same error occur when i open it that is "Invalid file format".
Can u give a link how to format my mp5/pmp step by step...
and i'm afraid if i do some mistake while formatting my device will become dead device.
After format what i should do?

go to setting.. click advance then format internal memory..

after formatting download games and video to your unit and try if still invalid file..

I already doing as u said to format internal memory, but the result is:
1. Picture file (.jpeg) ok - all pic can view (ok)
2. Audio/music file - all mp3 and music format can't play and state as "Open Failed"
3. Video/movie file - same as audio, all video format can't play and state as "Open Failed" even i try using camera to record video, i can't view video recorded. Before this(before format) ok, i can view video did i recorded.
4. Game file - same as before, still can play game but i didn't try all game. For me game file is ok.

Any suggestion to solve my problem?

if that's the case.. you need to flash your unit...

use product tool 5.35

here's firmware for that

How to use that tool, can u teach or give a tutorial link step by step to do that
process (flash)?
Flash is same like hack memory or not?
What about S1FW or H2TESTW.exe or CHKFLSH or FRM Pro software? Is that tool to flash same as MP Product tool V5.38?
Sorry 4 too much questions, i'm new and blur coz too many link and forum get me so confuse....
