hey dudes:

I've a problem with my mp4, first it's dead, i used the way in post to recover dead mp4, i've recovered it, my computer reads it as USB 2.0 (FS) ADFU Device but there's no logic drive for it, when i tried to use Mp3 Player Utilities v4.18, i think that the information of mp4 must be shown on the left side, but nothing, i tried to upgrade it but nothing happens, it can't feel my mp4.
I used Mp3 Player utilities v3.86, it gave me the message that i shall select the firmware, when i've selected a downloaded firmware i saw that the left side of the program is empty also, i tries to upgrade mp4 but an error message appears: "invalid firmware".

really i don't know, any one can help me???
